I am not in favor of use of steroids in sports. I think sports authorities consider steroids use as unethical and it is a good thing. There are various reasons why steroids are unethical like side effects on body. Steroids help to increase muscle mass and energy in body at the time of training. If we compare athletes who use steroids, and those who don’t while training, sometimes results in performance of both are very different. An athlete can release a big throw with the same training just because of use of steroids. They enhance the performance for a specific time period. On other hand, those who concentrate on his/her training with full dedication but do not use any kind of performance enhancers can be defeated. So, this would be the reason why I am against steroids in sports.
