What is the "Canadian experience" and how can you get it? Are there enough services for new immigrants in Canada?

From my point of view, Canada has good resources to offer newcomers regarding jobs, services, and education opportunities. I think some immigrants have difficulties with resilience. The system is not perfect, but most of the countries that we come from don’t even have those kinds of services, so why come here to demand what we don’t have in our countries to start with? Canada has employment offices. I agree that sometimes employment offices lack straight strategies, but you can get some support from them.

When I came to Canada, I faced the difficult challenges of language barriers. I did some jobs which were not related at all to my education or job experience from back home. It was also because the people that I was surrounded by did not have the same goals that I had, so they did not have a lot of information regarding programs to complete the equivalence process, or how to get to college. However, after I was able to get the correct information, I was able to set my path. I got Canadian experience, but I consider that my 10 years of experience from back home definitely helped me to get my current job. Nevertheless, it took me 6 years to achieve this goal mainly because of my lack of English.
