Many people don’t think that goldfish can make a great pet because they are quiet and they do not follow your instructions, but my opinion changed when my daughters got Ruby.

My daughters named the goldfish Ruby, like a kind of jewelry, because it is a female goldfish and it looks so beautiful with red body, white long fins and three tails. After a week of living in our home, Ruby seems friendly and smart. Ruby plays with my kids, follows their movements - up and down, right and left. When Ruby wants food, it makes a loud sound with her mouth for a second.

Besides, when she needs to do her business, she does it in the tank. We don’t have to take it out on walks every day. We only clean the tank once a week.

Ruby is really a great pet, because an emotional goldfish does not have so many needs like other pets. My daughters can enjoy playing with Ruby any time in the day.
