Canada

Woman with passport, Canadian flag and luggage, closeup. Travel and immigration concept

It goes without saying that Canada is an immigration-friendly country. Both the federal and provincial governments help newcomers to go through the transition in several ways. To begin with, they help immigrants financially to some extent by providing them with Workers’ Benefits, Child Tax Benefits, Goods and Services Tax credits, and so on. Provincial governments often help new residents find their accommodations. There is no lack of support from the government if the immigrants want to work on their credentials or communication skills. Last but not least, there are immigration welcome centres across the country where immigrants can reach out if they are unsure of something or to seek help that they might need. However, it also depends on immigrants not to shy away from all the incentives that they can take advantage of.
