This is a home made dessert that you will enjoy in company of your love one. It is a combination of three different kind of milk, eggs and a caramel glass that make for a flavorful dessert. Everyone would like to repeat as soon this honey-glazed fluffy quesillo melt inside of your mouth.

Prep time: 1 hour 30 min.

Serves: 12

Ingredients:

  • 12 tbs of sugar
  • 3 tbs of water
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of milk
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tsp of vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven on 375F.
  2. Mix the sugar with water in a 8” banking pan.
  3. Put the baking pan on the stove in a high heat , stir ones in a while until you can see a light brown color (this is the caramel for the quesillo).
  4. Spray the caramel in all the walls of the baking pan and set in a side to cool down.
  5. Mix the rest of the ingredients condensed milk, milk, evaporated milk, eggs and vanilla with the help of a blender.
  6. Pour the milk mix into the baking pan that have the caramel.
  7. Put inside of the oven.
  8. Bake for one hour.
  9. Let it cool down for 30 min.
  10. Flip the Quesillo in a plate and put it in the fridge.
  11. Serve cool.
