delicious composition with pumpkin soup in a beautiful ceramic dish.

    Ingredients:

  • Millet grits 1 glass
  • Water 2 glasses
  • Pumpkin 200 mg
  • Sugar 2 tbsps.
  • Salt, vanilla, and other spices (to taste)
  • Milk butter (to taste)

    Method:

  1. Rinse the millet grits with water or soak it for a short time.
  2. Fill a pot with the washed millet with boiling water.
  3. Cook the porridge on low heat until the water is absorbed.
  4. Grind the pumpkin with a grater blender.
  5. Add the grinded pumpkin to the pot with porridge and pour in pre-boiled milk.
  6. Add salt, sugar, and vanilla (to taste).
  7. Cook the porridge over low heat until all the liquid is absorbed.
  8. After that, the pot with porridge can be wrapped and left for half an hour so that the porridge is ready.
  9. You can add butter to the porridge.

You can serve such porridge with raisins, apples or nuts.
