The body needs some daily workout, and these days we must spend some time specifically on workout because we are all busy with work and most people are working with their brains and computers not with their bodies. That is why we all must spend some time on workouts.

In my childhood when we stayed active as soon as we woke up. We cleaned my house with brooms which helped my legs and backbone get stronger and we carried water in containers, and walked to school a few kilometers. All these helped me get a strong body with a great immune system.

In the early days everyone worked for their food. They collected food, planted crops, and worked on farms. That way they stayed active physically. These days everything has changed.

We must spend time on workout and choose the best workout. Most workouts help some parts of the body only, but Surya Namaskar yoga helps each body part and internal organs. Yoga also helps us to stay away from medicine. Yoga postures provide relief from stress and tiredness, delay the aging process, help us have strong and flexible joints, and increase body energy. With yoga we get to know the hidden strengths within our own body and mind.
