I want to tell you how my passion for cooking and baking became my profession.

From the young age I saw how my mom cooked and baked. I liked it very much and I asked my mom to teach me.

I think, I was 18 years old. At that time, we didn't have the Internet yet and were exchanging recipes with neighbors. I made a different cake almost each weekend and holiday.

15 years later when I lived in Israel my best friend began to make themed cakes with design for her friends and people she knew. Several times I helped her to make flowers from gum paste. I liked it so much that I decided to make a cake for my mom’s birthday. It was a chocolate cake with roses on top. After that I tried to make one more cake for my birthday. It had a black and white design with flowers.

I tried to make cakes again and again. I saw a lot of videos on YouTube how to make a cake design, but it is was not enough to do it professionally. I asked my second friend to help me and get me some courses on making flowers from gum paste, wafer paper and rice paper.

When I finished this course, my design skills improved. Each new cake for my customers was amazing. I like it when the customer gets the cake, a smile appears on his face and he is very happy.

When a client sent me comments that the cake was not only beautiful, but also delicious, I was doubly happy.

I do what I love and enjoy it a lot!!!!!!
