Travel (Outside of Canada)

Tropical beach in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic

Last September, I spent a week on vacation with my family. We flew for four and a half hours to Punta Cana. When we arrived at the airport there was a shuttle waiting for us to take us to a beautiful and a large hotel that we had chosen to enjoy this time together.

The hotel was spectacular, all its facilities were always clean and available. The food was of great variety and abundant to make us always pleased. There was also the option of being able to enjoy any unlimited number of cocktails or drinks during the day.

The people were wonderful, always cheerful, generous and helpful. The beach was beautiful with fine sand and no rocks, the water was clear and depending on its depth it showed blue colors of different intensity. The large coconut palms were maintained daily, and we could drink water from them that was put out for us. The pools were large and clean, and those that were exclusively for children were guarded by a safeguard during their operating time.

The hotel was huge, and it had a shuttle service every 10 minutes to its different places. It had tennis and basketball fields, a huge golf ground, a church, a convention center, several and different shopping stores, a casino, a clinic, a spa etc.

At night we enjoyed restaurants with different foods around the world. We had dinner in a Spanish, Japanese, Mexican, Italian, Grill and Seafood restaurants. The food was delicious and unique. After dinner we used to go to concerts in the hotel theater.

We took lots of pictures and videos to share with our friends and family and kept them as memories of our vacations.

September and October seemed to us like incredible months to take vacations because they are considered months of low demand, and of course, the cost of the vacation is cheaper. From our part, Punta Cana is a highly recommended place for those who want to spend a wonderful vacation.
