COVID-19

It is a disease that has changed our lives. Everything has become strange and everyone is trying to keep distanced. It's hard, but at the same time we should do our best to protect our loved ones, friends and the community.

By staying home, we become more stressed and claustrophobic. The 20 per cent of Canadians who live with a mental illness might feel their symptoms more right now because of the high level of stress that we are all feeling.

The World Health Organization recommends walking outside while keeping distance to avoid the feeling of social isolation.

At the same time, we should benefit from staying home by reading books, spending time with kids and praying to Allah to make the world safe and to protect us.
