1. Ben Thanh market

Ben Thanh market is one of the oldest markets in Vietnam. It is also famous for its architecture.

It is always bustling with shopkeepers and tourists for all days. People like to go there to buy Vietnamese souvenirs, from the Vietnamese hat to artworks. There are also lot of delicious street food to try. And you can bargain to get good price.

2. The Notre Dame Cathedral

Once you are in downtown of the city, you can come across Dong Khoi street to visit a Notre Dame Cathedral. It is a French-built cathedral occupies scenic Paris Square in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City and is seen as a symbol and one of the most famous attractions in the financial hub of Vietnam.

3. Saigon Post Office

Next to the Notre Dame Cathedral is Saigon Post Office. One of the most impressive post offices in Southeast Asia.

Walking inside, you will see a large area includes several compartments which are work desks for the officials. A big portrait of Ho Chi Minh in the center, large maps, clocks & antique telephone booths surround these desks, where the post office functions in full house.
