Italian sub sandwich with chips

Directly and without introduction, I'm a food lover. "GOOD FOOD, GOOD MOOD" is my slogan, so I can list tens of dishes that I like from different cultures and kitchens. As we are talking about sandwiches, let me introduce my innovation: TLTE, which stands for turkey, lettuce, tomato and egg. It is derived from the famous sandwich (BLT), but for religious reasons, as a Muslim, I’m not allowed to eat pork at all. So, I substituted the bacon for turkey and added a layer of scrambled egg. I recommend it.

Enjoy!
